Privacy Policy
Effective October 18, 2026
This policy explains what information Armstrong Lawn and Landscape LLC ("we") collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
What you send us. When you use a form on this site (Free estimate request), we receive what you type in it, such as your name, contact details and message, plus any file you attach. We use it only to respond to you and to handle your request.
Basic technical data. Like every website, ours receives your IP address and browser details when you visit, because that's how pages get delivered. Our hosting provider uses this to serve the site and protect it from abuse. When you send a form, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, not the address itself, so we can block spam.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use cookies for analytics or advertising, and it has no tracking pixels, ad networks or third-party analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from attacks.
Who else handles it
We use service providers to run this site, and they only process information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores form submissions.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our email and sends you a confirmation that we received your message.
We don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
This site links to other services, such as Facebook and Google Maps. If you use them (for example, to order online or get directions), their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are deleted from our website's storage after 180 days. Attached files are never stored on the website; they go straight to our email. Copies that reach our email stay there until we delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example, Virginia or California), you may have these rights under state law. Contact us at (757) 771-6830 or armstronglawnva@gmail.com, or write to us at Serving Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Virginia Beach, Virginia. We'll respond within 45 days, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS) with strict security settings, and our forms check every submission for spam and unsafe files. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date above.
